Each unit contains washer and dryer hookups, but if you'd rather utilize the extra space, the onsite laundry facility has you covered. Additionally, Cypress Townpark rent covers water, sewage, and trash utility fees.

Most townhouses feature new vinyl plank flooring in the living room and dining room, as well as a fresh coat of new paint.
Design Features
Cypress Townpark kitchens are laid out in a counter-maximizing horseshoe design and feature an electric stove and dishwasher, and Floor Plans B & C feature a vaulted master bedroom ceiling.
